be aware, our Property Rental Management Department is dedicated to
facilitating the rentals for our homeowners. Our goal is to provide our
homeowners with a service that ensures a comfortable and happy summer.
If you are renting your home this
season, you can reach out to our Community Management team to assist you with all
rental procedures, including generating beach and gate passes for your tenants.
Please also be aware that all homeowners renting their units privately should
send their rental tenant’s IDs and arrival and departure date of their tenants
1 week before their scheduled arrival to cm@almazabay.com.
We would like to emphasize our
policies regarding rentals this season. Below, you will find a table indicating
the number of beach passes allocated to each unit type.
Children under 12 years old do not
require beach passes.
